Vichy
Vichy (or the "Queen of spas") first came to international recognition during the Napoleonic era. Dozens of thermal springs flow through the town, and some of the water can be drunk. The Célestins and the Dômes are two modern, functional establishments devoted to helping you improve your health.
SPA Vichy les Celestins
The SPA Vichy les Célestins Institute specialises in getting you back into shape. They provide a very wide range of treatments, essentially to make you look younger and feel better every day. The "Fitness" programme gives you energy and is very beneficial for combating stress and fatigue; the "Slimming" programme slims down and tones the body, making it firmer, not only making you feel fitter but also actually helping you lose weight. The "Complexion" programme rehydrates and relaxes the skin, while the "Anti-age" programme allies daily care with special meals to help you feel and look younger.
The adjoining Sofitel restaurant, with its special menus, offers an additional element to make your stay more enjoyable.

Néris-les-Bains
The Thermal Baths at Néris-les-Bains have long been renowned for their hospitality. The present-day baths were built in the 19th century on the same site as the former baths. The main building, constructed between 1818 and 1858, is a listed historical monument, although the interior has been modernised and provides pleasant surroundings for fitness programmes. The thermal water at Néris-les-Bains is particularly recommended for nervous and stress disorders.
Tranquillity, peace and relaxation - these are the essential elements for feeling and looking good. The Thermal Baths have put together a range of six-day breaks to combat stress or relieve pain, particularly back pain. The one-day package, including a "hydro-relaxation" bath and a "relaxation-tonic" modelling session, is highly recommended, as well as "à la carte" suggestions.
